TERMS OF SERVICE

  • For Residential clients, a deposit equal to 75% of your total balance is required within 48 hours of a deposit invoice being sent. Deposit invoices are sent via QuickBooks online accounting software, to the email you provided in your request and are payable via credit/debit. If a deposit is not received, services shall not be rendered. Auto draft is available for our recurring clients only.

  • Remaining balances are due on the day of service. Your final invoice is sent via QuickBooks online accounting software and is payable via credit/debit.

  • For Commercial clients, terms of payment are considered at point of sale depending on your classification of business and may include Payment due in advance, Payment due on receipt, Net 10, Net 14, or Net 30

  • All deposit amounts are applied to the total balance and are transferrable to a new booking date if the original date of a scheduled appointment was confirmed.

  • As a courtesy, bookings may be changed a maximum of (2) times. After that, Livestrong Cleaning Solutions reasonably reserves the right to indefinitely keep any deposit amount to pay for items such as but not limited to: purchased supplies, pay to have staff available, general loss of opportunity.

  • Deposits are non-refundable if appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of service.

  • In the event of a clients failure to pay - described as but not limited to: no-payments received /missed payments /incomplete payments /multiple attempts for collecting payment - LiveStrong Cleaning Solutions reserves the right to abandon future promised service to the client(s) and shall disregard any contractual agreements. Livestrong Cleaning Solutions may also submit said account for collections.

  • Livestrong Cleaning Solutions takes the well-being and time management of our team seriously and as such may impose incremental charges or entirely decline providing services for the following scenarios:

    1.Any services considered “additional” and described as being added during scheduled appointment with the intent of being completed within that same scheduled appointment.

    2.Service involving bio-hazard substances described as but not limited to: high levels of black mold, blood, bodily fluids, cleaning animal waste, cleaning insects or rodents, hoarding, high levels of trash.
