How long will my cleaning take?

A house cleaning, including move in and move out cleaning service as well as post construction cleaning can take between 4-6 hours. You should expect an office cleaning or commercial cleaning to take longer depending on the type of business you are.

do you guarantee removal of all spots or stains?

We cannot guarantee that we will remove all spots or stains. There are substances that can permanently damage or discolor the surfaces inside you property. The age of the surface and stain play a large factor in this. Your cleaner will try to determine if this is the case prior to cleaning but they are not always able to determine this before hand.

do i need to be present during my cleaning?

No, you do not need to be present for your cleaning service. In fact, most of our residential clients prefer to be away during this time and many of our commercial clients are serviced after business hours. We ask that you have lock-up procedures ready for us so we may properly secure your property.

Why do i need a deep clean?

Deep cleaning your property means going beyond the dirt and dust. You’re busy and we understand that. If you’re just moving in or out of a property, or if you recently renovated, or moved into a new build, or if you have not cleaned properly in more than 3 weeks, then you need us to deep clean for you.

does your company carry insurance?

Yes, we are fully insured, providing our clients with a sense of security and peace of mind. We can produce a certificate of insurance (COI) on request.

how do you guarantee customer satisfaction?

We are happy to work with you to correct any situation that may arise. In some cases this can mean spot cleaning specific areas of concern, or even completely re-cleaning the area in question. how do i pay?

Payment is simple and secure. A deposit of 75% of your total price is required in advance to book your appointment. Deposit amounts, as well as remaining balances are paid by credit/debit card via invoicing sent directly to your email.


what about my pets?

We kindly ask that any pets, large or small, hang out in their favorite spot while we are cleaning. This is for their protection and well-being, as well as ours.

do you move furniture when you clean?

Yes. There is no charge to move some smaller furniture that can be safely moved. We do suggest you remove items off of your furniture like electronics, plants, lamps, and knick-knacks. There are several items we will not move, including: pianos, electronics, china cabinets, beds, dressers with mirrors, pool tables, etc.

do you use any harmful chemicals?
